Lansing Urgent Care performs MHSAA sports physicals at all clinics on a walk-in basis. A parent or guardian must be present during the physical with the student athlete. To save time during registration please complete the health history information section of the MHSAA Form prior to your visit.
Annual health physicals covered by insurance are not performed at Lansing Urgent Care, please see your primary care physician for completion of these annual physicals.
