Great opportunity at Lansing Urgent Care on our Reception Team. Position will require you to register patients, verify insurance, answer & facilitate incoming phone calls, patient check-out, and handle cash/credit card patient payments. Seeking candidates who can register patients in a timely, professional, polite manner. Effectively verify insurance for each patient where applicable. Enforce payment policies & collection efforts. Manage all incoming calls politely & professionally for internal & external customers. Also required to balance shift cash drawers. Preferably seeking candidates with two or more years of medical reception experience.
