- Do you accept my insurance?
Lansing Urgent Care is a participating provider with many insurance plans. In the rare event that we do not participate directly with your insurance plan, we may be able to submit your claim directly to your insurance company on your behalf.
- What are your hours?
Lansing Urgent Care is open daily. Hours are Monday - Saturday from 9am to 9pm, Sunday from 9am to 6pm. Please call us at 517-333-9200 for Holiday hours.
- When is Lansing Urgent Care not right for me?
If you feel that your condition is life-threatening you need to be seen in a regular Emergency Room as soon as possible.
- Please call 911 immediately if you are having severe chest pain or abdominal pain, uncontrollable bleeding, severe allergic reaction, acute respiratory distress, significant traumatic injuries, obstetrical emergencies, or any life-threatening emergency.
- What do I need to bring when I come to Lansing Urgent Care?
Please bring your most recent insurance card, driver's license or photo ID and any important medical information. Please be sure to let our staff know of ANY allergies, current medications and your medical history.
- What are your payment policies and what payment methods do you accept?
Co-Payments are due prior to being seen. Lansing Urgent Care will submit claims to your insurance company for payment. Any claims that are unpaid by your insurer are ultimately your responsibility. We accept cash, credit card, debit card, and most insurance.
